FOR QUILT GUILDS ONLY
30-minute presentation at a guild meeting includes:
1. Interactive discussion about the importance of having and creating the best photograph of your work.
2. Tutorial and live demonstration of how to properly photograph a quilt. Powerpoint presentation available if a projector and screen are provided.
3. Brief explanation of terms to understand which contest rules will specify, i.e., image size, resolution, file size, etc.
4. Brief Q and A session.
5. Conclusion and offer of my services.
I ask that a guild member volunteer a quilt for the demo. Quilt can be any size, but must have a sewn-on rack sleeve.
An open 10’ x 15’ area is required for my portable studio, and it should be visible to all members during the guild meeting.
COST FOR QUILT GUILD MEETING PRESENTATIONS:
OPTION 1: Guild offers $125 for the 30-minute presentation.
OPTION 2: Guild member who offers use of their quilt for the demo pays discounted price of $40 and receives 1 full quilt image and 3 close-up images on a DVD. This will discount the presentation cost for the guild to $85 (a savings of $40).
ADD-ON OFFER: Before, during, and after the guild meeting, as time permits, quilts of guild members can be photographed for a discounted price of $40/quilt.

Organize a group photo shoot (6-8 quilts in one day at $50 per quilt/item), and get $25% back to your guild! We can photograph at a local quilt or sewing shop classroom or any location the guild can provide.
Once my portable studio is set up, please allow 30-45 minutes for each quilt or fiber art piece to be photographed.
Please have a sewn-on rack sleeve. If no sleeve, allow time before your shoot to have my removable sleeve pinned to your art.
